How Does the Delivery Process Work?
Upon receiving your order, we conduct a thorough inspection of the products to ensure they meet our quality standards. Once verified, the products are carefully packaged and handed over to our reliable delivery partners.
Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your package promptly. If they encounter any issues in reaching your provided address or delivering at a suitable time, they will contact you directly to resolve the matter.
How Are Items Packaged?
We prioritize the safety of your products by packaging them in sturdy outer boxes, further secured with a tamper-evident plastic layer. Individual products are cushioned with bubble wrap, and delicate items such as bottles receive additional protection to prevent any damage during transit.
We take pride in the quality of our packaging, and to date, complaints of damaged products due to packaging issues have been minimal.

How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and details of the courier company handling your shipment. You can track your package status 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse or the seller’s warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders within 3-7 business days (excluding Sundays and Public holidays). Please note that all products are shipped directly from the brand to ensure you receive fresh and non-expired items.
In cases of high demand during events like Mega Sales, dispatch may be delayed. We will strive to dispatch orders within 5 days of the order date.
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful after two tries, the shipment will be returned to us. For further information on refunds or reshipping, please contact us via live chat, WhatsApp, or email at hello@bellaluna.in.
Once your order is delivered, you will receive a confirmation notification from the delivery partner and us via SMS or email. If you do not receive your shipment, but it is marked as delivered, please check with neighbours, security personnel, or family members. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 24 business hours via live chat, WhatsApp, or email at hello@bellaluna.in.
Shipping Charges
For most addresses, we apply standard shipping charges. Orders below ₹700 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹70, while orders above ₹700 qualify for free shipping.
Re-shipping Policy
Definition of Re-shipment: Reshipment occurs when the customer does not receive the order, and it is returned to our warehouse. In such cases, Bellaluna bears the shipping and Return to Origin (RTO) charges.
- Cancellation: If the customer opts to cancel the order after RTO initiation, a refund will be processed.
- Re-order: If the customer wishes to reorder the same product, Bellaluna will charge a flat fee of ₹70 for reshipment.
- Courier Errors: In cases of misroutes or courier errors, Bellaluna will reship the order at no additional charge to the customer.
- Force Majeure and Cancellation Policy: In case of failure or delay in delivery due to unavoidable circumstances such as war (declared or not), civil rebellion, natural disasters (including storms, earthquakes), epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other events beyond our control, the order will be cancelled. In such cases, a refund will be issued or the amount will be held for future use.
- Address Update: If the customer needs to update their address after the order is placed, a charge of ₹70 will apply. The balance may either be refunded or kept secure for future use.
- Refusal to Accept: If the customer refuses to accept the delivery, ₹70 will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded or kept secure for future use.
- Unreachable Customers: If the customer is unreachable after three delivery attempts, ₹70 will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded or kept secure for future use.
