REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Cancellation Before Shipment:
If your order or specific item(s) have not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer support team at hello@bellaluna.in. Upon approval, the cancellation will be processed, and your refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours.
Cancellation After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, you may still cancel it by reaching out to our customer support at hello@bellaluna.in. Please note that if the order is already with the courier, they may attempt delivery. In this case, kindly refuse the delivery. The refund process will only begin once the courier company marks the order as returned to origin (RTO).
Refunds for orders paid via credit/debit cards or net banking will be processed back to the original account within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the returned product. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
For cash on delivery (COD) transactions, the order will be cancelled, and you can opt to receive the refund in Bellaluna Points, which are valid for one year from the cancellation date.
Discount Vouchers and Loyalty Points:
In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Bellaluna points/ vouchers, which can be used during future purchases and holds validity for the entire 1 year from the date of cancellation.
Any discount vouchers used at the time of payment are non-refundable and will not be reinstated upon cancellation. However, loyalty points redeemed during the purchase will be credited back to your account upon cancellation.
Bellaluna's Rights:
Bellaluna reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion without prior notice to the customer. In certain cases, we may seek verbal or written confirmation from the customer before proceeding with the shipment.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Return Policy:
Bellaluna offers an easy return policy, allowing customers to raise a return or exchange request within 5 days of delivery. Partial returns are accepted. However, returns are only valid for products that are wrong, damaged, or expired in transit.
Steps for Return:
- Contact our customer support team via email at hello@bellaluna.in within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order ID and specify whether you request a return, replacement, or refund. Please attach images or videos of the product and the invoice for reference.
- We will arrange for the return pick-up within 2-4 business days. Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the products are received in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Note: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items: Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or overuse.
- Items returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories.
- Items with tampered serial numbers.
- Products under manufacturer’s warranty.
- Used or altered products.
- Return requests initiated after 5 business days.
- Free gifts provided with the product.
Categories Not Eligible for Return: Personal care appliances and beauty tools are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
Special Campaigns and Promotions: Special return/exchange/refund rules may apply during promotional campaigns or mega sales. Please refer to the promotional banner for details or contact customer care.
Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return, replacement, or refund within 5 business days of delivery by following these steps:
- Contact customer support via email at hello@bellaluna.in within 5 business days.
- Provide your order ID and details of the damaged/defective/wrong product, along with images or videos for reference.
- We will arrange for the pick-up within 2-4 business days. Refunds or replacements will only be processed upon receipt of the product in its original packaging.
Note: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Returning Free Gifts: If you are returning a product that came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned.
Partial Returns: If you purchased multiple items, you can return individual items. However, each item must be returned in full, including all components, accessories, and any complimentary gifts.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse. For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds will be credited to the original account within 24-48 business hours. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
